The City Clerk’s Office is dedicated to serving the needs of the public with timely and quality services in a positive and professional manner.  It is responsible for authenticating, recording, and maintaining the city’s official legislative acts.  Assures compliance with state, federal, and local regulations, including the accuracy, organization, accessibility and protection of all essential public records.

• CITY CLERK
  • provides administrative support for the mayor and city council, serves as the city’s filing officer; records and maintains contracts, minutes, ordinances, resolutions, and other official city documents and provides a link between citizens and government.
• TREASURER
  • responsible for all city finance operations. Monitors and control public funds in an accurate manner, in keeping with established state, federal and local guidelines.
• BILLING CLERK
  • responsible for all utility billing functions.
• ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
  • provides administrative support to the city clerk, billing clerk, community development director, mayor and city council.
