MAKE A PAYMENT
During regular business hours, cash, check or money order payments can be made at city hall. There is also a payment drop box to the right of the front door at city hall (323 NE 1st St) for after-hour payments.

If using your banks online bill pay please be aware that it can take up to fourteen (14) days for the City of Winlock to receive your payment from the bank.

This is a fee based service: 3% Debit/Credit Card Fee (minimum of $2.00) or $1.95 E-Check (ACH/EFT) Fee applied to the total amount you’re paying. The city contracts with Invoice Cloud for this service.
