The volunteers have completed a yearlong training with the City’s Water and Sewer Superintendent, Rodney Cecil, to gain the skills needed to become licensed operators of Water and Sewer systems.

Please join us to show support for the program and the volunteers as we celebrate their
achievement by awarding them their Certificates of Completion on April 22, 2019
at the City Council meeting starting at 6:30 PM at Winlock City Hall.
